A82 Lomondgate - Stoneymollan Roundabouts | Essential Investigations

Amey, on behalf of Transport Scotland, is undertaking essential investigations on the A82 at  between Lomondgate and Stoneymollan Roundabouts, from Sunday 29th June until Thursday 17th July 2025 between the hours of 8pm and 6am each night.  
 

This work will be carried out under phased overnight lane closures on the A82 north and southbound carriageway. Additionally, full overnight closures will be required on the northbound A82 carriageway between 

Lomondgate and Stoneymollan on Wednesday 2nd July and Thursday 3rd July, and on the southbound carriageway on Sunday 6th July and Monday 7th July.  
 

Northbound A82 traffic will be diverted via the A813 (Stirling Road), A811 (Lomond Road) and the A82 northbound at Stoneymollan Roundabout. Southbound A82 traffic will take the above diversion in reverse. 
Access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained throughout these works. 
 

Please note, all schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable. 

This scheme will benefit vehicles using this route each day, by informing future improvement works in this location.
