ESSENTIAL VRS REPLACEMENT ON THE A77 NORTH OF LENDALFOOT
COMMENCES TUESDAY 19TH AUGUST 2025
Amey, on behalf of Transport Scotland, is undertaking essential VRS replacements on the A77 northbound at Kennedy’s Pass, north of Lendalfoot, from Tuesday 19th August 2025 for approximately ten weeks. This work will be carried out under 24-hour lane restrictions with temporary traffic lights in place, with a convoy system in operation during daytime working hours.
Access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained throughout these works.
Please note, all schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable.
This scheme will benefit vehicles using this route each day, by improving the safety of the carriageway in this location.
