M90 Friarton Bridge | Overnight Inspection Works

Friarton Bridge
10th of August 2026, 7:30pm to 11th of August 2026, 6:30am

Amey is carrying out overnight inspections on the M90 Friarton Bridge at Perth on Monday 10th August between 7.30pm and 6.30am.

The routine inspections, which Amey is carrying out on behalf of Transport Scotland, are required to understand the current condition of the bridge.

To ensure the safety of roadworkers and motorists the inspections will be carried out using alternating lane restrictions on both the north and southbound carriageways. One lane will remain open to traffic at all times.

Please note, all schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable.
