M8 Kingston Bridge Complex | Essential Joint Replacements
Amey, on behalf of Transport Scotland, is undertaking essential expansion joint replacements to the road surface on the M8 Kingston Bridge Complex from 8pm on Friday 13th February until 6am on Saturday 14th February 2026 under an overnight lane closure on the eastbound carriageway and the West Street on slip.
Access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained throughout these works.
Please note, all schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable.
This works will benefit vehicles using this route each day, by improving the safety and preserve the condition and durability of the carriageway structures in this location.
