M8 Junction 15 Townhead | Masonry Repairs
Amey, on behalf of Transport Scotland, is undertaking essential masonry repairs on the M8 at Junction 15 (Townhead) from Monday 29th June until Saturday 11th July 2026 between the hours of 10pm and 6am each night.
Monday 29th June – Saturday 11th July: Overnight closures of the eastbound M8 Junction 15 on slip (Castle Street).
Traffic will be diverted via Castle Street, Glebe Street and the M8 eastbound on slip at the A803.
Access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained throughout these works.
Please note, all schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable.
This scheme will benefit vehicles using this route each day, by improving the safety and condition of the structures in this location.
