Road Closures

Traffic in and around Edinburgh city centre will be busy with some road closures to allow the attendees ease of access.

We expect heavy traffic before and after the concerts particularly on the A90, A720, M8 and M90 as well as local routes leading to and from the stadium.

Visit the Edinburgh Council website and Edinburgh News for road closure information.

Travel Advice

Best avoid travelling by car. Instead choose active travel or public transport.

There is no public parking at Scottish Gas Murrayfield. There will be road closures and parking restrictions before and for 90 minutes after the concert. You are best to use the Park and Ride facilities located around the outskirts of Edinburgh. From these facilities, you can hop on a bus or tram to get to the city centre or the stadium.

Public Transport

You can also travel to Murrayfield using public transport:

Edinburgh Tram

Lothian Buses

ScotRail
