International Horse Trials 2026 | Scone Palace
The International Horse Trials come to Scone Palace from the 27th- 30th August. Gates open at 08:00am each day. Closing times vary depending on competitions but are expected from around 5pm.
Traffic is likely to be heavier than normal on the A9, A85, A84, M90 and M9 leading to and from Scone Palace.
Parking is available for ticket holders but do consider active travel and public transport options.
Those driving through the area are also advised to exercise additional caution when driving near horse riders. You should leave plenty of room between yourself and the horse, prepare for sudden movements and refrain from using your horn. This is to keep yourself, the horse and the horse rider safe on the roads.
