A96 Inverness Airport | Drainage Improvements
Amey is undertaking drainage improvements on the A96 at Inverness Airport roundabout, 1.2km west to Dalcross junction from Monday 9th June to Friday 18th July.
The £320,000 worth of essential works, which Amey is carrying out on behalf of Transport Scotland, will include filter drain remediation to reduce the risk of flooding, improving overall safety for over 2,500 daily road users.
Works will take place weekdays from 9.30am to 3.30pm.
To ensure the safety of roadworkers and motorists, the essential maintenance will be carried out under moving 2-way temporary traffic lights on approach and 4-way temporary traffic lights in proximity of the roundabout where works are taking place.
