A96 footway works at East Road in Elgin begins Monday 12TH of February

Amey is undertaking work to footways on the A96 in Elgin from Monday 12th February.
The work will take place at East Road on the A96 between Moycroft Road and Reiket Lane and is scheduled to be completed by Sunday 31st March.
Work will occur between 9.30am and 3.30pm from Monday to Friday. There may be additional works between the hours of 7pm to 6am, with any noisier elements scheduled to be completed by 11pm.
To ensure the safety of roadworkers and motorists, the work will be undertaken using temporary traffic lights.
The lights will be situated throughout the work area at various times according to where the works on the footpath occur.
Please note that all schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are unfavourable.
