A96 Between Kintore and Inverurie | Drainage Investigations
Amey is undertaking overnight drainage investigations on the A96 between Kintore and Inverurie in Aberdeenshire from Wednesday 19th November to Friday 28th November.
The investigation work, which Amey is undertaking on behalf of Transport Scotland, will be carried out between Broomhill Roundabout at Kintore and Port Elphinstone Roundabout at Inverurie.
To ensure the safety of roadworkers and motorists the essential maintenance will be carried out using overnight lane restrictions on the A96 between 7.30pm and 6.30am on weeknights only.
The lane restrictions will alternate between lane one and lane two on the A96 north and southbound carriageways. They will be placed at rolling locations between Broomhill Roundabout and Port Elphinstone Roundabout as work progresses.
Please note, all schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable.
