Amey is undertaking overnight retexturing work on the A95 south of Charlestown of Aberlour from Monday 15th September to Wednesday 17th September.
The work, which Amey is undertaking on behalf of Transport Scotland, will restore the surface texture and improve skid resistance, benefitting more than 2400 motorists who use this route each day.
Work will be undertaken on approximately 630 metres of the A95 carriageway between 1.1km east of Glenfarclas Distillery and 2.3km west of the Carron/Dailuaine Junction.
To ensure the safety of roadworkers and motorists the essential maintenance will be carried out under overnight convoy between 7.30pm and 6.30am each night.
Work is scheduled to be completed by 6.30am on Wednesday 17th September.
Please be aware that there may be delays of up to three minutes when the overnight convoy is in place.
All schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable.
