A92 Near Bridge Of Muchalls Northbound | Carriageway Improvements

Amey is undertaking overnight carriageway improvements on the A92 northbound near Bridge of Muchalls in Aberdeenshire until Thursday 9th April.

The work, which Amey is undertaking on behalf of Transport Scotland, will resurface approximately 1780 metres of the A92 northbound carriageway. The essential maintenance will also include the reapplication of a high friction surfacing.

Work is taking place between 450 metres north of the Auquorthies junction and 600 metres north of the Netherley junction.

To ensure the safety of roadworkers and motorists the work will take place under overnight convoy between 7.30pm and 6.30am each night.

There will be no work on Friday 13th March and Saturday 14th March, or on each subsequent Saturday and Sunday night during the work period (Saturday 21st/Sunday 22nd March, Saturday 28th/29th March and Saturday 4th/5thApril.

All work is scheduled to be completed by 6.30am on Thursday 9th April.

Please be aware that there may be delays of up to eight minutes when the overnight convoy is in place.

Please note, all schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable.
