A90 Stirling Village | Drainage Improvements

Boddam Recreation Park and A90 trunk road at Stirling Village in Aberdeenshire
11th of August 2025, 9:30am to 17th of August 2025, 3:30pm

Amey is undertaking drainage improvements within the southern Boddam Recreation Park and A90 trunk road at Stirling Village in Aberdeenshire from Monday 11th August to Friday 17th October.

The first phase of the £325,000 project, which Amey is undertaking on behalf of Transport Scotland, will commence on Monday 11th August within the recreation park. This work is remote from the trunk road and therefore no traffic management will be required.

Daytime temporary traffic lights are then programmed to be in place on the A90 at Stirling Village between Monday 8th September and Friday 3rd October as part of these ongoing drainage improvements.

To ensure the safety of the workforce and road users, the temporary traffic lights will be in place on the A90 between 9.30am and 3.30pm on weekdays.

When A90 works are being undertaken in the vicinity of Station Road between Monday 8th September and Friday 19th September, there will also be three-way temporary traffic lights in place to access Station Road from 9:30am to 3:30pm on weekdays.
