A9 North of Cromarty Bridge | Overnight Resurfacing Works
On behalf of Transport Scotland, BEAR Scotland will be carrying out essential surface improvements on A9 North of Cromarty Bridge to the Ardullie Roundabout, with works set to commence on Tuesday 25 August. Works will be carried out between 8pm and 6am each working night, ending the morning of Friday 28 August.
To ensure the safety of both workers and road users, overnight lane closures will be in place with a convoy system to safely escort traffic through the work site.
Access through the works site for emergency services will be maintained at all times.
Euan Burnett, BEAR Scotland’s North West Planned Maintenance Manager, said: “This crucial surfacing project on the A9 north of Cromarty Bridge will fix existing defects and significantly enhance the driving experience for all road users.
“Our teams are committed to executing these works efficiently and with safety as our top priority. We extend our gratitude to the local community and road users for their patience while we complete the improvements.”
