A9 Dualling Tomatin To Moy | Temporary Traffic Signals 600m South Of Invereen Roundabout

Tomatin/Moy
12th of May 2026, 7:00pm to 13th of May 2026, 6:00am

Road users are advised that temporary traffic signals and a short 100 metre lane closure will be operational on the A9, just south of the Tigh An Allt Access.

These measures will operate for three hours, from 19:00 to 22:00 on 12 May, to allow site clearance works to be carried out safely close to the carriageway.

Road users will be temporarily stopped at the traffic signals and then safely escorted through the works area at the signed speed limit before continuing as normal.

The image below outlines the location of these works.

Clear signage will be in place throughout. Road users are advised to approach the area with care and allow extra time for their journeys.

Access for emergency services, pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times. As with all roadworks, timings are weather dependent and may change.
