A82 between Tarbet and Inverarnan | Road closure with amnesties
BEAR Scotland, the North West trunk road operating company, working on behalf of Transport Scotland, is set to start essential resurfacing improvements on the A82 between Tarbet and Inverarnan.
All resurfacing and road marking works will take place between 7pm and 6am under a road closure to ensure the safety of road workers and road users. Amnesties will be provided every hour, on the hour during the closure.
A82 North of Inveruglas + A82 Creag an Arnain: Beginning the evening of Sunday 24 August until the morning of Saturday 6 September
A82 South of Inverarnan: Beginning the evening of Sunday 7 September until the morning of Saturday 20 September
- A82 North of Stuckendroin (Ardlui): Beginning the evening of Wednesday 17 September until the morning of Saturday 27 September
A82 North of Argyll Caravan Park: Beginning the evening of Thursday 25 September to the morning of Tuesday 30 September, and overnight on Friday 10 October
- A82 Blairannaich: Beginning the evening of Tuesday 30 September to the morning of Saturday 11 October

“Our teams are committed to executing these works quickly and with safety as our top priority. We extend our gratitude to the local community and road users for their patience while we complete the improvements.
“To minimise delays, we recommend that motorists plan their journeys in advance by consulting the Traffic Scotland website for real-time travel updates.”
