A78 in Fairlie | Essential Footway Resurfacing

Amey, on behalf of Transport Scotland, is undertaking essential footway resurfacing on the A78 in Fairlie, between Baillie Road and Burnfoot Road, from Monday 10th November until Friday 19th December 2025 between the hours of 8am and 5pm each day. This work will be undertaken with single lane closures managed by daytime temporary traffic lights. 


Access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained throughout these works. 
Please note, all schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable. 


This scheme will benefit vehicles using this route each day. Road users are thanked for their patience and understanding while this work is being undertaken.
