A77 South of Cairnryan | Essential Investigations

A77 South of Cairnryan
10th of August 2026, 4:00am to 15th of August 2026, 4:00pm

Amey, on behalf of Transport Scotland, is undertaking essential investigations on the A77 in Cairnryan, between Drummuckloch and the ferry terminal, from Monday 10th August until Saturday 15th August 2026 between the hours of 4am and 4pm each day. This work will take place under single lane closures managed by daytime temporary traffic lights.

Access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained throughout these works.

Please note, all schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable.

This scheme will benefit vehicles using this route each day, by informing future road safety schemes in this location.

Road users are thanked for their patience and understanding while this work is being undertaken.
