A751 South Of Innermessan | Resurfacing Works
Amey, on behalf of Transport Scotland, is undertaking essential resurfacing on the A751, south of Innermessan, from 8pm on Thursday 18th December until 6am on Friday 19th December 2025 under a single overnight road closure.
Northbound traffic will remain on the A75 into Stranraer, turn right onto A77 Stair Drive, turn right onto A77 Cairnryan Road, and proceed north on A77 towards Cairnryan.
Southbound traffic will remain on the A77 into Stranraer, turn left onto A77 Stair Drive, turn left onto A75 London Road, and proceed east on A75.
Access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained throughout these works.
Please note, all schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable.
This scheme will benefit vehicles using this route each day, by improving the safety and condition of the carriageway in this location.
