A726 College Milton | Rail Bridge Refurbishment
Amey, on behalf of Transport Scotland, is undertaking an essential rail bridge refurbishment on the A726 at College Milton Rail Bridge, between the B764 roundabout and W. Mains Roundabout.
This is the second phase of works that commenced in February 2025 and will continue from Monday 10th November until Friday 14th November 2025 under an eastbound nearside lane closure between the hours of 9:30am and 3:30pm.
Please note: the works are being undertaken in consultation with Network Rail, and dates may be subject to change. Please refer to our website and further communications for any proposed changes to this scheme.
Likewise, all schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable.
Access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained throughout these works.
This scheme will benefit vehicles using this route each day, by improving the condition and safety of the structure and reducing the need for more extensive maintenance in the future.
Road users are thanked for their patience and understanding while this work is being undertaken.
