A701 Locharbriggs | Sign Installation
Amey, on behalf of Transport Scotland, are installing road signs as part of the 20mph speed limit programme, on the A701 throughout both Locharbriggs and Heathhall, from Monday 25th August until Sunday 31st August 2025, from 9.30am to 4pm each day.
Traffic management will be in place during these times and will consist of 2-way and 3-way temporary traffic lights in operation at this location.
Access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained throughout these works.
Please note, all schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable.
This scheme will benefit vehicles using this route each day, by improving road safety for all users.
