The M90 is closed to all southbound traffic, at junction 2, Masterton, due to overnight roadworks. Due to these roadworks there is no access to the M90 from the eastbound M823, to the M90 southbound. Also both the On, and off slips at junction 1C and the Off slip at junction 1B are also closed to southbound traffic.
