Roadwork description
Works:
Lining Works, Resurfacing, Gully/ironwork repairs
Traffic Management:
Road Closure.
Diversion Information:
SB through traffic will take the A78 northbound to Greenock and join the A8 at the Bullring Roundabout, continuing to Newark Roundabout and taking the third exit onto the A761 through Kilmacolm then turning left onto the B790 Houston Road and following Bridge of Weir Road and the B789 Barrochan Road to Deafhillock Roundabout, taking the second exit and then joining the southbound A737. Traffic will continue south to Beith and take the second exit at Manrahead Roundabout onto the B777, following to Kilbirnie and then taking the A760 at Bridge Street towards Largs, continuing to rejoin the A78.
Northbound through traffic will take the route in reverse.
