A9 Southbound Gleneagles | Drainage Improvements

SCHEME UPDATE (27/11/24): Drainage Improvements on A9 southbound near Gleneagles train station.

Due to ground conditions, this scheme has been extended.

Works are now due to be complete on Friday 20th December.

To ensure the safety of roadworkers and motorists, the essential maintenance will take place under a 24/7 lane 1 closure.

Lane 1 closure will be active from 9.30am on Monday 18th November, until 3.30pm on Friday 20th December.

Amey is undertaking drainage improvements on the A9 southbound adjacent to Gleneagles train station, north of the A823 from Monday 18th November to Friday 29th November.

The drainage improvements will improve overall safety for around 15,000 daily road users.

To ensure the safety of roadworkers and motorists, the essential maintenance will take place under a 24/7 lane 1 closure.

Lane 1 closure will be active from 9.30am on Monday 18th November, until 3.30pm on Friday 29th November.

Please note, all schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable.
