Traffic exiting M8 east at Jct. 3a, and traffic looking to join should continue east along Carnegie Rd to Royston Rbt. Take the first exit and follow to Mossbank Rbt. Take second exit and follow A89 east to Dechmont Rbt. Taking the 4th exit continue south along A899 to Livingston East Rbt. Taking the 4th exit return North on the A899 to access the M8 EB Jct 3 on slip.
